Experience in support of innovation
The programme builds on the established expertise of the most advanced companies and promotes the sharing of best practice within the community
What is forgIA Leadership Initiative?
forgIA Leadership Initiative focuses on the support and mentoring activities developed within the forgIA Ecosystem and aims to help companies move from experimenting with AI tools to their actual, scalable adoption.
The programme, designed for business executives, digital managers and IT managers, consists of a series of sessions with experts who have already implemented artificial intelligence technologies within their own organisations, having personally tackled the critical issues, organisational complexities and technical challenges associated with this type of transformation.
Sharing these real-life experiences (use cases, mistakes, successes and lessons learnt) creates a shared body of knowledge that enables less experienced companies to navigate the process with greater confidence.
The initiative is organised in collaboration with leading partners, including AUSED, which contributes its network of expertise in the execution of projects related to the adoption of Artificial Intelligence.
